अन्ना की जीत हुई या लोकतंत्र में उभरा भीड़तंत्र

जब कोई आपको कर्तव्य याद दिलाता है तो बुरा लगता है। भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ अन्ना हजारे ने यही जोखिम उठाया। व्यवस्था को उसका काम याद दिलाया तो बिल्कुल नागवार गुजरा। माननीयों को लोकतंत्र और संविधान याद आया। आंदोलन में फूट भी डालने की कोशिश हुई। मगर 74 वर्षीय अन्ना हजारे की इच्छाशक्ति और सत्याग्र्रह के आगे पूरे तंत्र को घुटने टेकने पड़े। घोटालों दर घोटालों से ऊब चुका देश अन्ना के साथ खड़ा हो गया। हजारे ने कुछ सांसदों द्वारा उनके अनशन के 12 दिनचलने पर कथित तौर पर संदेह जाहिर करने के पर कहा कि यह मेरे ब्रह्मचर्य की ताकत है। जन लोकपाल विधेयक के तीनों गंभीर मसलों पर संसद में हुई बहस के बाद प्रस्ताव पर सैद्धांतिक सहमति बनी। अब यह प्रस्ताव संसद की स्थायी समिति के पास भेजा जाएगा।
अंतत: यह साबित हो गया कि गांधीवादी विचारधारा और तरीका आज के दौर में भी प्रसांगिक ही नहीं एक महत्वपूर्ण हथियार भी है। हलांकि गांधीजी ने जब भी अनशन किया वह आत्मशुद्धि के लिए था। अब देखना है कि देश की जनता और लोकतांत्रिक व्यवस्था किस कदर अन्ना के इस महाअभियान रूपी मंथन से निकले अमृत का पान करती है। कहीं यह न हो कि सम्माननीय अन्ना के इस कार्य को तथाकथित उनके पैरोकार उलटी दिशा में न बहा दें।

क्या खत्म होगा भ्रष्टाचार !अन्ना की गिरफ्तारी पर देशभर में गुस्सा

मजबूत लोकपाल के लिए आंदोलनरत अन्ना हजारे की 16 अगस्त (मंगलवार) को गिरफ्तारी के खिलाफ राष्ट्रव्यापी आक्रोश उभरा। अन्ना की तत्काल रिहाई की मांग को लेकर लोग सड़कों पर उतर आए। अन्ना के गृह प्रदेश महाराष्ट्र में विरोध ज्यादा पुरजोर रहा। बिहार, बंगाल, असम और उड़ीसा में 'इंडिया अगेंस्ट करप्शनÓ के बैनर तले विभिन्न स्थानों पर धरना देकर अन्ना की गिरफ्तारी का विरोध जताया गया। 'आइ एम अन्ना हजारेÓ या 'मी अन्ना हजारेÓ नारे लिखी गांधी टोपी लगाए अन्ना समर्थकों ने जगह-जगह रैलियां निकालीं। उत्तर प्रदेश की राजधानी लखनऊ समेत विभिन्न जिलों में भी अन्ना की गिरफ्तारी के विरोध में आंदोलन व विरोध-प्रदर्शन किया गया। बिहार के पटना, पूर्णिया, मुजफ्फरपुर और भागलपुर सहित अन्य जिलों में भी विरोध प्रदर्शन का सिलसिला चलता रहा। अभिनेता मनोज तिवारी ने भी समर्थकों के साथ विरोध व्यक्त किया। रोहतास में अन्ना समर्थकों ने ट्रेनें रोककर अपना गुस्सा प्रदर्शित किया। झारखंड की राजधानी रांची में प्रदर्शन कर रहे 55 से अधिक लोगों को हिरासत में लिया गया। असम में लोगों ने काली पट्टियां बांधी। जम्मू में भी लोगों ने प्रदर्शन किया। अन्ना समर्थकों ने जम्मू-श्रीनगर राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के सतवारी चौक पर सड़क जाम कर दिया। मप्र के सभी शहरों में प्रदर्शन हुआ। दक्षिणी प्रांतों तमिलनाडु, कर्नाटक और केरल में भी दिन भर प्रदर्शनों का दौर रहा। केरल में सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता, लेखक, कलाकार और यहां तक कि नौकरीपेशा लोग भी अन्ना के समर्थन में जुलूस और रैलियों में शिरकत करते नजर आए।
क्या यह विरोध-प्रदर्शन यह नहीं बताता है कि लोग भ्रष्टाचार के दलदल में फंसकर किस कदर तार-तार हो चुके हैं। लोग किसी न किसी रूप में इससे मुक्ति पाना चाहते हैं। लेकिन यह तभी संभव है जब कि लोग दिल से कसम खाऐंगे कि देश से इस कोढ़ को मिटाने के लिए तन-मन-धन से स्वयं को समर्पित करेंगे। घूस ना लेंगे ना देंगे। तभी अन्ना हजारे का यह पवित्र मुहिम सफल हो पाएगा अन्यथा यह केवल
कपोलकल्पित आन्दोलन ही बनकर रह जाऐगा।
