लोग बाग यह सोचते हैं कि अब तक उन्होंने जो कुछ शिक्षा ग्रहण की है वह काफी है। उससे ज्यादा योग्य व काबिल व्यक्ति कोई नहीं है। यहीं पर लोग भ्रम के शिकार हो जाते हैं। कारण उन्होंने शिक्षा ग्रहण की है, ज्ञान नहीं। शिक्षा और ज्ञान दो अलग -अलग आयाम हैं, जैसे बुद्धि और विवेक। शिक्षा की सीमा तो हो सकती है लेकिन ज्ञान की नहीं। मनुष्य जन्म से चिता तक जाने के पहले तक अज्ञानता के इसी सागर में डुबकियां लगाते रहता है कि उसने बहुत पढ़ लिया,बहुत डिग्रियां ले ली,बहुत ज्ञान प्राप्त कर लिया। लेकिन वास्तविकता यह है कि उसने कुछ जाना ही नहीं। वह इस पृथ्वी पर नंगा आया था केवल जाने के समय के लिए उसने कफन पाने के लिए इतना लंबा सफर तय किया। अगर इसे कोई मनुष्य ज्ञान कहता है तो मेरी समझ में उससे बड़ा अज्ञानी इस धरा पर कोई नहीं है। आपने शिक्षा कितनी ग्रहण की है इसके लिए तो आप प्रमाण- पत्र दे सकते हैं,दिखा सकते हैं लेकिन आपने कितना ज्ञान अर्जित किया है, इसे मापने का शायद मेरे विचार से पैमाना आपकी बुद्धि,विवेक,शालीनता और आपका चरित्र बल है जो आपके ललाट की आभा से शोभायमान होता है।
मेरा विचार है कि अगर आपने शिक्षा लेते वक्त उसके व्यावहारिक व सामाजिक पक्ष को नहीं जाना तो आपमें वही शिक्षा अहम् पैदा कर देगी जो आपको ना तो चैन से जीने देगा और ना ही आप चैन से दूसरों को जीने देंगे। जबकि ज्ञान के आसपास अहम कभी फटक भी नहीं सकता। ज्ञान भरे गिलास में पानी की तरह है जो सत्य है। वहीं शिक्षा एक मृग मारीचिका है जो हमेशा संसार में गोते लगवाता रहता है। ज्ञान वह मक्खन है जिसे शिक्षा व व्यवस्था रूपी छाछ को मथ कर प्राप्त किया जा सकता है।

जनता का जनादेश

जनता का जनादेश बिहार विधान सभा चुनाव 2010 का परिणाम यह बताता है कि यहां के मतदाता काफी परिपक्व हो चुके हैं। क्योंकि इस बार के चुनाव में जातिवाद,पूंजीवाद,क्षेत्रवाद यहां तक कि अमर-गरीब का फार्मूला भी नहीं चला। ना ही मतदाताओं ने किसी व्यक्ति विशेष को केंद्र में रखकर उनकी करिश्माई छवि पर वोट डाला।अगर ऐसा होता तो भाजपा व जदयू की सीटें नहीं बढ़ती व कांग्रेस,राजद का सफाया नहीं हो जाता। जनता ने पिछले पांच साल में हुए बदलाव को विकास में परिवर्तित करने के लिए वोट डाला। लोगबाग ने यह जनादेश नेताओं को सबक सिखाने के लिए दिया है कि अब केबल विकास ही मुद्दा है जो व्यक्ति के साथ-साथ सूबे को समृद्ध बना सकती है। ऐसा नहीं है कि नीतीश कुमार की विकास योजना बगैर केंद्र के मदद की चली हो,या फिर उनकी विकास यात्रा का फार्मूला नया था। यह फार्मूला उन दिनों की है जब वे केंद्र में मंत्री थे और हरियाणा में बंशीलाल की सरकार हटनें के बाद ओमप्रकाश चौटाला के नेतृत्व में सरकार बनी। उन्होंने ही सरकार आपके द्वार कार्यक्रम चलाया था जिसके तहत हर पंचायत में सरकार पहुंचती थी लोगों से मिले आवेदन का अवलोकन करने के बाद विकास से जुड़े पत्र कार्यवाही के लिए भेजे जाते थे। नीतीश कुमार ने चाहे जो भी हो केंद्र के पैसे का प्रबंधन बेहतर ढंग से किया जिससे लोगों में बदलाव नजर आया। उसी बदलाव को अब जनता विकास के रूप में देखना चाहती है,और उन्होंने इस प्रकार का अप्रत्यााशित जनादेश दिया। अब आगे नीतीश जी पर निर्भर करता है कि उनकी सरकार विकास का मजबूत भवन बना उसमें रहना चाहती है या लालू प्रसाद के कुनबे की तरह नस्तनाबूत होना चाहती है।
